Custom EGD Elements for Major League Baseball's Player Lounge

In early 2026 I worked with colleagues to develop a small-yet-ambitious EGD package for Major League Baseball's newly renovated Player Lounge. The architect approached us with a clear idea of what they wanted conceptually, with our task being to refine that vision into something that would work in application.

By far the biggest and most complicated part of this assignment was the "Ball Wall" — a custom display spanning the length of the lounge's glass partitions. The installation features 21 rows of bespoke aluminum shelf units meant to hold over a thousand evenly-spaced baseballs, which players are encouraged to autograph upon visiting the lounge. The lounge door features two rows of visually-cohesive dusted crystal banding to match the sizing and spacing of the display's balls.
